Reinstalling 7 but keeping steam games from 10

Kinda, If you simply copy the steam folder you may encounter odd issues like games requiring permission every time you start them up. But in general it does work. I find it better to use steam's backup option.

Thanks I just want to be sure of this because i have over 700 gb in games, which i dont want to re-download...for the 5th, and Windows 10 is not being nice to Elite: Dangerous, among other driver issues, so anything id want to keep i could put on the two other drives?

If your going to move the steam folder you need to do so in it's entirety. So all the files and games need to be on 1 drive. If you use the backup feature and back them up to one of the drives, you can then set multiple folders in steam and quickly reinstall the games.
