So I am about to attempt my first build and can't decide between these two motherboards. Here is my parts list so far:

ASRock H170M-ITX/ac vs Gigabyte GA-H170N-WIFI - both are great boards with very minor differences like asrock having 1 less sata port(5 vs 6), 1 less LAN port and 2 more connectors i.e. Chassis Fan Connector (4-Pin), CPU Fan Connector (4-Pin)

I would say get one which you are getting cheaper.

Avoid the Corsair unit, the CX series have poor capacitors - Try Seasonic S12II-430 430W 80 Plus Bronze
