Inconsistent CPU reading...which one is correct

So I am using an i7-6700k which I am hoping is overclocked to 4.4ghz. I have an MSI m5 170a and I simply hit gaming boost in the bios and when I start my computer it says 4.4 ghz in the bios. However, when I run the MSI gaming app, the msi command center, and the Intel Extreme tuning utility I get slightly different readings. Here is a screenshot of all the programs side by side.

Can anyone tell my why exactly they are different and if indeed my processor is actually overclocked? Also, I am curious as to why my processor would be running at a base clock of 100.3 by default.

Here is a link since I can't seem to find out how to insert a picture directly.

It's hard to tell which frequency readings are correct from this. Task Manager will show you the most reliable answer for your problem.

To address the base clock topic; your NB is running at 100.2 Ghz and your CPU multiplies by that number to get its frequency. So if I had my North Bridge clocked at 90 and I wanted a 4.5 Ghz clock speed, I would have to run it at x50 speed (90x50).
