i3-4170 best after market cooler

Hey other humans gonna buy a i3-4170 (yey what joy) so guess what i live india and it tends to get a little HOT here so definitely gonna need a after market cooler so could u guys give a few suggestion...

Here's the normal operating range for Core temperature:

80C Hot (100% Load)
75C Warm
70C Warm (Heavy Load)
60C Norm
50C Norm (Medium Load)
40C Norm
30C Cool (Idle)

Core temperatures in the mid 70's are safe.

At the top of each Forum you'll find "Stickies" which are informative Threads permanently available for everyone's reference.

Near the top of the CPU's and Overclocking Forums you'll find this Sticky:

If you'd like to become better informed on this topic, then give it a read.

Based on above guidelines if you still feel the need of cooler - Noctua NH-D14 is the great VFM !
