Those parts look good except the poor quality PSU. I wouldn't risk a 980Ti on anything less than a tier 1 quality unit, watts on its own is meaningless http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Bt in our country only Corsair and Cooler master are present, we can only find Corsair, Thurmaltake Cooler master power supply. So which Power supply i should use?

Corsair VS are OK. Also factor in a solid state drive...its worth it. 250gb for OS and games. There are some good thermaltake ones check the PSU tier list on this site. Stay away from most CM units.
