Will it work? As long as it doesn't need an external power connector, yes. That PSU doesn't have them and its low power anyway.
That said that PSU is a fire hazard, I would replace it, and if you need a PCIe power connection you MUST replace it.

While it doesn't seem to have a need for an external power connector, you will be still be underpowering the system. It will work, but you should replace the PSU, if you run any sort of game that pushes it, it will crash or worse.
