Did I install it well? I conected the part which is on the CPU on the "Chasis fan" and the radiator on the "CPU fan". On the other way (installing the part which is over the CPU on "CPU fan" it did a strange noise, QUITE STRANGE NOISE, like a GPU dying and doing a big coil whine)

Yes, you did good. The cooler's pump is the part on the CPU. It wants to run at a full +12V all the time to keep from burning up. So it must be connected to a fan header that is always set at full speed. Or even direct to a Molex connector from the PSU (with an adapter).
The rad fan will run off the CPU FAN header just like the old cooler's fan. That way you can set it to auto or whatever setting your M/B BIOS has to control fan speed.
