system fan 1 slower than others?

my graphics card hasn't been delivered yet so i haven't bothered to connect my first self built computer to a monitor, but after testing if it can run or not i noticed that whichever fan is plugged into System Fan 1 on my motherboard it runs slower than the others, does this mean i need to replace my motherboard.. please no..

motherboard: fxa990-ud3-r5
fans: corsair air series af120 performance edition

yea, it's slower than my other system fans and CPU fan, I'd guess that it's damaged or underpowered like Blackbird said since I'd assume they'd have them all set to the same fan speed by default.

if it is either of those do you reckon i could fix it by just cranking up the fan speed on the motherboard bios when i get my GPU?

BUT... i'm lazy...

for real though, thanks for checking up on that for me, i'd give you the "best answer" thing but i accidentally used it lol.
