The 980 Ti still handles 4k very well, if you want to totally future-proof it then ok, but you'd be MUCH better off waiting until you actually upgrade the display. Get a cheap card now that can push 1080 to maximum but doesn't overdo it, (GTX 750 Ti or GTX 950, whichever is cheaper for you) and buy a new card from the Nvidia Pascal line when it comes out (should be within the next few months); it will have large quantities of HBM and a die-shrink, making it both more efficient and powerful. The Titan X is a future-proof 4k option, but not exactly the best. Only 4k Multi-Monitor or 32x AA and at least 32x Anisotropic Filtering will make you need a Titan X over the 980 Ti, and the next line of cards will be even better. Every modern MB...

For the Motherboard you can go all-out with Z170 ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO, or a H170 Gigabyte GA-H170-Gaming 3 which is still a decent choice at a lower price (its about 100$ cheaper where i live). For the PSU, i recommend an EVGA, Corsair, or Cooler Master PSU, or any other well known band in general. You won't need more than 700W. The CPU fan is a long story though. If you want an AIO liquid cooler, Corsair it the way to go in my opinion. The pros of water cooling are: silence, better overall performance and lower temps. The cons though are: there's always a chance of a leek, which can ruin other hardware. If you want air cooling though,i would recommend Noctua. They may not have the best looking fans (those brown colors...seriously Noctua...),but in my opinion they are by far the best solution for Air cooling. It's mostly personal preference.

Personally I would recommend a higher-end PSU because that one is substandard, especially for the type of build you are thinking of. I would suggest you look at the HXi or RMi series, or maybe RM if its too expensive. Go for the (80+) Gold as a standard when it comes to this level of PC building, but the series with suffix i from Corsair (Axi, Hxi, Rmi) allow you to digitally monitor and control via an internal USB header. Also, why on earth do you want Titan X? That is literally unnecessary for almost everything except for 4K and multi-monitor, full HD at max settings won't make a dent in its power. Get a 980 Ti if you want something powerful, only about 60% as expensive but 90% as powerful (You dont need more than a few GB VRAM except for EXTREME WQHD and UHD.) The EVGA Hybrid is a good option. May I also point you vaguely towards the realm of AIO water coolers?

That's a good point there. You don't need a Titan X for 1080p gaming, since 1080p is the native resolution of your monitor. A GTX 970 will do just fine for 1080p gaming for 2-3 years. You can go with the GTX 980,or even 980 Ti if you want to go extremely overkill mode. Both of those are gonna serve you well for at least 5 years, especially the Ti version. Btw the motherboard has built-in LAN, so you don't have to get that. You can buy a WiFi or Bluetooth card though.

Please I by mistake clicked solved option... I still want opinions and @nymical @peraRajkovic.. I'm looking for 4k resolution (for future) thats why I've selected titan x. And please suggest me cabinet, wireless and Bluetooth card and do I have to buy PCI card and if possible I want to avoid water coolers or If it necessary then only I'll go for water cooler.

Only 4k Multi-Monitor or 32x AA and at least 32x Anisotropic Filtering will make you need a Titan X over the 980 Ti, and the next line of cards will be even better. Every modern MB comes with wired networking, so you shouldn't need that. Also, just confirming there is no confusion between PCI and PCIe. The ASUS motherboards are your best bet, and the HERO is a good choice. ASUS also offers a nice-looking wireless adapter called the AC-56, as well as other offerings (Gigabyte also has some ok ones). Why would you stay away from water cooling? It is totally safe and manufacturer warrantied, and if you go with a Corsair case and you get one of their coolers, which are one of the best mainstream options at this point, you are guaranteed compatibility. Speaking of the case, I would recommend one of Corsair's, of the Carbide series. The Corsair 88R would do ok if you were willing to step down to Micro ATX, which isn't actually that bad (As long as you don't want quad SLI, that is). The Maximus VIII Gene should do nicely. Also, why on earth are you paying for quad-channel memory? Skylake only supports 2 channels, and 64 GB is a little extreme, even for a Titan X build. You are much better off buying 32Gb of higher quality Dominator Platinum. It has tighter timings and better chip lots, not to mention overclockability. (It's also from Corsair) I don't mean to seem to be pushing Corsair, but it returns yet again in my recommendation for a keyboard. Their K series is one of the best, as well as incorporating real Cherry MX mech. switches and not the Chinese stuff Logitech has. 2nd keyboard choice would be Razer, which also holds the undefeated championship in mice. Mamba TE or Deathadder (Chroma if you prefer) are nice. If you still want the normal ATX MB, but can handle using a USB optical drive and want really nice looks, go with the 400C or Q cases (they have no 5.25" ext. bays).
