Thinking about getting this video card help!

Hey it's me again guys I took back that crappy card lol. Well I'm looking at a 124.99 r7 360 Radeon, calls for a 500 psu, though my last card was a his Radeon iceq 4850, and was running on 375 watts, would the r7 run ok on 400 watts? Ive been told to go with 750ti but they have none in store. Only the r7 in my price range. Should I get it?

According to your manufacturer's specification it can provide max 14 amps on the 12 volt line. So it will not be able to provide enough power for it:
