Im new to pc building so please provide feed back and LINK ANY RECCOMENDED PARTS ON PC PARTPICKER PLEASE.

Will this play 1080p Ultra 60fps on games like Gta 5 w Mods, Cities Skylines w Mods and modern games w Mods as well? I really need to know lol. Thanks guys. I appreaciate all of your help!

For most games it will. Certain games, all cards struggle to maintain 60 FPS on ultra.

If you use a Z170 motherboard, you would have the option of overclocking. I didn't see that PSU on Tom's PSU chart either, so I'm not sure about it's quality. It's built on the same platform as the Rosewill Fortress, but with cheaper caps. Since the Fortress is a Tier 3, I would probably avoid it.
