High RAM usage 1 game open .. Computer lagging

Hello guys,

So here is the problem...when my computer is open for a long time.. my memory keep going up and never come back down.. so with no big program open i have over 9-10GB usage on 12GB...... and when i launch a game it goes up to 11.** on 12gb and my computer start to lag a bit..

When i restart my computer even with the same game open i will be at around 5-6 GB on 12GB... witch is correct.. but then it will start to go up after couple hours of gaming. and never comeback down until i restart computer...

Hi there,

I would not just be looking at the RAM here that cpu is not very stable, first thing I would shout out at is bad programs on there. From your screen shot there just seems to be a lot of unneeded stuff. tbh I would blame this on a virus of some kind thats just eating away your memory....... do be a favor and run this https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/ all it will do is clear your pc up and get rid of bad stuff. once you run it, it will scan your pc and then ask you to re-boot and once you have you will be given a log file. If you could stick that on here so we could have a look that would be a great help :) the only other thing I could shout out is if you run a server on there, maybe there is a memory leak, but first off run adwcleaner and lets see how much stuff it finds.

So i did the Adw Cleaner Scan and Clean here is the log.. And for the cpu not normal it might be because i did the screenshot right after closing a Cpu intense game. (path of exile)
