Asus Striker Extreme best graphics card?

I have the Asus Striker Extreme I either want to invest in a new Mobo, CPU and graphics or uphgrade the graphics card. Can I upgrade to the latest Nvidea GTX 970? or later?

In my opinion, i think it's best you upgrade the mobo first, it's freakishly old as heck, you'll need a newer CPU too, let me know what your budget is and i'll help you out
