Yes. If you are just doing voip and games you may get some of the speaker getting picked up, but not if it is not too loud. You are fine there. If you were planning on doing more with it then I would go the other route and use headphones or place it away from the speakers.

Yes. Definitely. A cardioid microphone picks up on the sides as well as the front. Blue microphones are very sensitive and will pick up anything in the room. It may also cause a feedback loop between the speakers and the mic if too loud. Use headphones if possible when recording and isolate that mic as much as possible.
