I am currently looking for some Case fans, currently my stock fans for my Case is pretty loud.

I am currently looking at getting 3 fans, 2 which will replace the two fans in my case and the third one will just be added in for extra cooling.

the case fans i am looking at are the

Cooler Master SickleFlow 120

Cooler Master Rifle Bearing 80mm (x2)

my question is are these two fans efficient at keeping the case cool (My Case is a VT-365 Viotek case) and as well are quiet where i can barely hear them.

A big thing to consider is the type of fan you buy.

There's essentially two categories: static pressure and air flow.

Static pressure (SP) fans are used in instances where the fan is obstructed by something like a radiator. Air flow fans are used in something like the back of the case where air is just moved out of the case and into the room.

SP tend to move less air but that's not always the case. Air flow fans tend to move more but run faster and a bit louder.

I'd make sure you get SP fans in the spots where they're obstructed and AF fans where they're not.

Regardless, both fans you listed claim to be under 21 decibels which pretty quiet. You'll hear them but someone who doesn't care about PCs and fans won't notice them when...
