I have a choice ONLY between these SSD

Solution
Ignore these maximum speed readings posted by the OEM/Manufacturer. Just for comparative analysis the V300 120GB benches 160MB/s average. I use them in my shop everyday for cheap laptop HDD upgrades. Whereas the bench I just ran on the 120GB 840 EVO on my shop pc I'm currently typing on benched 354MB/s average.

My opinion, if you can't afford to spend $20-30 extra for the best SSD, any SSD will then do. Choose a manufacturer that you feel comfortable dealing with in the event of RMA/warranties. A budget SSD is still 50-60% faster on average than an excellent WD 1TB blue. At least with synthetic benches.

Generally I agree but this is not always true. When storing large amounts of data often, a person would enjoy faster write more than read.

There needs to be more analysis than just those two statistics however. Not a perfect way of telling real world performance for OP's uses probably.
