How to change graphics card thermal paste

I have Sapphire R9 280x trix oc with backplate but I cant disassembly it , I tried to open backplate but there is no outside screws . Please help

Not sure on that cooler, but most cards have 4 screws on the backplate that go right through and hold the cooler + fans down against the GPU.
