For Christmas I got my partner a camcorder for use in her car. It operates with 16GB micro SD card. The recording looks fine and plays nicely on the camcorder's built-in display, but when I plug it in to my PC (running Win 10) via USB cable I get the following message:
USB Device not recognized
The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it.
any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.
