After restoring PC to default settings for a fresh start due to upgrades including my new 970 GAMING Motherboard, Liquid CPU Cooler, and GPU, I used the MSI Drivers & Utlities Disc that comes in the Motherboards box. After installing only half of the Drivers and Utilites, the MSI Installer requested a Restart. I acknowledged and clicked the Restart button on the prompt. The computer powers off then on again, but no display. I was getting a No Signal error on my monitor while my computer was still running. I checked all cables and cords to see them in the correct places and plugged in completely. After some moments of the computer being on with no display or post, it powers off. This has not happened before the upgrades or after the upgrades were made and all the parts are in their appropriate slots and areas. There is no leaking of the Liquid Cooler. This problem seemed to rise after doing the required Restart by the MSI Drivers & Utilites Program on the disc, issued with the motherboard in box. I ask one question of many after having this happen: Did this disc and program kill my computer? The computer was fine until that event. It posted, I logged in, used programs, etc.

My build:

CPU: AMD FX 8350
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i GT
Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING
RAM: ADATA XPG V2 2x4GB 1600 MHz
HDD: WD Blue (1TB)
GPU: PNY GeForce GTX 750 (Performance Edition)
PSU: EVGA 430W

Thanks MSI... :(

Ok well, you need a working processor and working ram to reach the bios, so out of those two obviously cheaper to try and replace would be ram, first before buying anything, try to reseat the processor, and make sure it isn't thermal shutdown because of some issue with your liquid cooling..and then try ONE stick of ram at a time, in the first slot only, if nothing works, try new ram, if still nothing I would say board or processor, obviously, I would remove the GPU entirely, before doing any of this. Just my 2 cents.

Sounds like a driver issue or a bios setting issue... see if you can enter the bios and select the pcie as primary... if that doesn't work maybe try booting into safe mode with networking and see if you can download and install the latest chipset and video card drivers
Also...that psu seems a little light in wattage for your build...could also be the problem...

I cannot reach the BIOS or even any GUI at all though... When powered on, it does not display anything. Blank screen, no signal. PSU was working fine before hand.
