Will the i5 4590, which can't overclock, bottleneck the sapphire radeon hd 7950?

They are good deals, but not if that means that you have to downgrade on the rest of your components! For example, this build would've cost the same but It's a lot higher in quality!

No it does not even come close to bottlenecking an Intel i5 Haswell processor. This CPU can run a GTX 980 Ti and still, mostly, be fine. There are things you can change about your build so It's much better balanced and more future proof though! Downgrade to 2x4GB RAM and an 120GB SSD and you can do a lot better.

Already bought my ram and SSD, got the vengeance ram for 70$ and the SSD for 67 bucks. I thought the SSD was a steal of a deal.

Can you upgrade your components or can't you afford more than the current list?

Damn, accidentally picked this answer as solution, was going to pick first response, know how to fix that? Also, when I bought the components it brought my pc down to around $550. I bought most of the parts already, so the only things I can still upgrade are the CPU, CPU Cooler, HDD storage, and wireless adapter.
