I really dislike that motherboard with it's low quality caps but it will work.

Not bad but you are overpaying so hard for storage that you could've got an even better build for this price. Too much money goes to waste.

I might just go with a 500gb ssd and I switched case to corsair 200r

Corsair 200R airflow isn't that good. Not much possibilities for front in-take and no dust filters.

I recommend 250 GB SSD + 1TB HDD.

Take a look at the Corsair 88R microATX case.

With the 88r case you have a windowed side panel so now you have a fully black/blue build, It's a case with good airflow potential.

Cryorig H7 or even C7 are your alternatives.

Otherwise pretty much any Cooler Master Hyper, or none at all. Intel stock fan will work fine but doesn't look great and makes more sound.
