Ok, here's my situation, I am on a quite limited budget and a short timeframe as well. I have done a bit of research on this stuff but ultimately I am little more than a complete noob at this. It will be, as the title says, almost entirely used for playing WoW. I'm not looking to get a billion FPS on Ultra settings, but I don't want slid show raiding on absolutle lowest settings the game can have. I'd love to be somewhere around maybe 40 or better fps on medium....let me know what y'all think as well as any suggestions y'all may have for me. Thanks!!!
i really can only spend maybe no more than $550...but would love to keep it lower....

Not a good PSU choice. Swap it for a seasonic 430w Much better quality, and similar cost. Also you must have mail in rebates turned on, because that build was $567. I would also ditch the hybrid drive, for a regular drive. A bit of tinkering and you can get it really close to budget, and get a better CPU/GPU combo as well.
