G'day all!
Looking at upgrading my first gaming PC i built in mid 2012 and really after some good solid advice on hardware options.
I used to game a lot playing WoW and BF3 with some SC2 as well however the last couple of years i have been mainly media server streaming.
All i have added in recent years is an extra ssd (1 for OS, other has my games on it) and an extra Hard drive for storage (movies, tv shows, pics and music), other than that, only my gaming equipment has been upgraded.
I have recently got back into gaming playing StarWars battlefront and can run it relatively smoothly on low settings however I'm looking for a happy medium of being able to run it on high(er) settings without breaking the bank!
Also trying to 'future proof' my pc as much as possible without completely building a new machine.
Willing to spend up to $1000 but the less i spend, the less my missus will kill me!
As i said, trying to find a happy medium without breaking the bank.
My coolmaster evo 212 just died on me yesterday so looking at doing this upgrade in the next couple of weeks!
In Australia so buying options semi limited but preferred sites are usually

On a side note, OS ssd almost full and feels a little sluggish of late so may wide and start again?
