Do i have enough power to overclock and run everything else?

Ive ran the extreme calculators with everything i have its saying i only need 487w another was around 500w but im still sceptical and the psu is a few years old now. I want to overclock but worries about power issues or maybe even Ram issues with them being older as well.

You can probably get a small overclock on it. You have to remember that it doesn't run at 600w, a bit lower and if you are already using 500w then you don't have much headroom. Id upgrade PSU's regardless as that isnt a trustworthy unit. An EVGA, G2 Or GS Or A Good Seasonic Unit Around 650-750 watts will serve you well and give lots of headroom.
