While I play league of legends I notice that it stutters sometimes and I'm not sure why? I think it could be my ram or cpu or maybe my psu. I get around 130-170 fps with very high settings but shadow on high. I have a Dell Opitilex 755 Mini Tower with a Duo Core 2 3.16ghz, stock 4x1gb ram 633mhz, stock 305w psu and a Zotac GeForce Gtx 750ti 2gb Gddr5 128bit.
