Fallout 4 Not Using 8gbs if Ram As The System Requirements Says..

Hey Guys can you help me... Fallout 4 Is just Using ROUGHLY 1.5 - 2gbs OF Damn RAM i saw it in task Manager... Im Angry at this... Its not using more than that.... I Saw the person on youtube who has the same Processor, Graphics Card, and Ram As Me (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T4vSRKXfEk) He Seems to Be Running Fallout 4 At Fine 45 FPS.. Well I Run it At 10-20 FPS... 15 Being Average fps And 20 being Max FPS.... Well Please Help Me.....

Intel i3-4150
Geforce Palit GT 730
8gb Ram DDR3 Memory...

I Have A 64-BIT Windows..

well that video card is beyond bar bones. If you run the game on low settings and at 720p (not 1080p) maybe it will run at 45fps. You need to get something more powerful. A GTX 750 would give you a nice boost.

You know that both your CPU AND GPU are below the minimun requirement for Fallout4??? Dont you??? Not the recommended requirement, the MINIMUM!!! What are you expecting??? 60FPS...? Considering that both are Under minimum requirement, 20FPS is not that bad!!! If you want more, youll need to upgrade my friend!!!

(As Seen On His top left screen in the video..)... But I Only Run it at 10-20 fps at The Lowest Settings possible... And It Only uses 2gb Of Ram..

youtube is the worst place to look for performance benchmark.
there are 3 different gt 730 http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-730/specifications which one do you have, from the youtube look like is GDDR5 version.
That why I dislike youtube, they can't even list the spec.

I suspect OP has a GDDR3 version, which is a very significant performance loss.

Also the Youtuber is recording a video, that's pretty ram heavy.
