My computer was all ok when i shut it down yesterday, but today, three folders from e drive of it does not appear any way. When I tried to search these from start button message is displayed that these files/folders either have been moved or ???( I forgot), do you want to delete this icon ?
These folders contained word, excel and pdf files of my office and I have not deleted these, i am sure. Recycle bin does not show these. My computer does not have back up data. How can I find these folders and files in these folders. My operating system is windows 7

Download malwarebytes antimalware and update and do a scan, also update your antivirus and do full system scan and ensure rootkit scan is enabled.

Those are just shortcuts you are looking at, did you actually look in the E drive directly for them? Is this E drive a removable disk you connect? Drive letter may have changed.
