Is a 500 watt psu enough?

My system is an
cpu A6-5400K
8 GB ram
motherboard MSI Jasmine
graphics card Asus Radeon R9 380X 4GB
case NZXT H440
Will a 500 watt psu work

my budget is only 40 for a new one, if theres any better, please reccomend.

This is Guru3D's generic power supply recommendation for the series:

AMD Radeon R9 380X - On your average system the cards require you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina.

It's not a PSU (HEC is OEM) I would buy with 7.5 Build Quality and performance ratings

I'm just pitching in my 2 cents here. But... Somewhere down the line you may want to crossfire/ SLI or upgrade any part for that matter and that will require extra power. I say get a 750 watt and avoid the frustration later.
I say this because I have a 650 watt and can't crossfire now that I want to. :(
