Where do you find channel setting in network nd sharing plz help me

In my dell laptop I have wifi problem whenever I open my wifi I can see other router name but my router name is not shown how can I solv this problem plz anyone help me.

You don't select channel number from a client (your laptop), it is the router where you set channels.
Yyu might have setup your router on eg only 5GHz, while your laptop is only 5.4GHz
(or your router is set for a country with incompatible channels)
