I am new to the PC gaming scene and no almost nothing about computers but the basic.
Here's what I want, I want a pc that can play mostly Minecraft at around 60fps or more on preferably high settings but medium is okay too. It would be ideal to hold a steady 60+ fps on high/medium settings while PvPing because that's what I mainly do. It would also be good if it could run shaders at around 30-40fps. The budget is $400, no need going down in price, but could go up a little. I want Windows 8 up and do not need a keyboard, mouse or monitor. Like I said, I know nothing about builds so i'm not sure if I can get better/worse fps with the budget, which is why I am asking the community. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If you do find a good build for the budget, then can you please estimate the FPS I would get on: Regular play high settings and medium, and Shaders on low/medium. I also realize that fps drops when you pvp too so that included would be great!

At that budget with shaders, A8-7600 is the best choice with its aesome integrated graphics.
8GB of RAM is more than enough for any game out there and Minecraft is not an exception. It is also fast so you can get as much performance out of that APU as possible.
VP-450 is a very cheap unit but stands out with its nice quality for the price.
The case is simply good, spacy and got room for future upgrade.
I assume you want an HDD but I recommend picking up an SSD - faster loading times.
