I have a HP Pavilion Elite HPE 500f has AMD Phenom II 1045 T Six Core Processor 8 GB DDR3 Amd Radeon HD 6450 with 512 MB DDR3 dedicated memory 1.5 TB HDD. that I bought like 5 years ago. I'm currently building a new gaming PC. So here is my question. Is there a GPU out there that I can put in my PC I listed beginning of post that will run WoW in ultra 1080 60+FPS steady? (excluding WoW's bottle necking I already know the engine sucks). And I have a 850 PSU for my new build that I can throw in there temporarily.

Solution
To play WOW on Ultra with 60 fps in all areas (with your hardware not being an issue at all), with the new models, you will need a pretty good system. I play with an i7-960 and a decent video card rated in the top 40 on the PasMark list, and I can't maintain 60 fps on Ultra. My son has your CPU and even though my i7 is the first generation, it gets about 25% higher CPU score, so you need to up yours to about 50% faster CPU.

If you are OK with High settings or about there, all you need to do is upgrade your video card, the CPU is not bad and 8 gig of RAM is plenty.

Radeon R7 370 is enough to run WOW on High settings, and you can turn down some things like particles and shadows which just make things look messy in raids anyway.

About $100-120 spent and you are done.
