Want to build a ideal pc build for moba/mmo games

Hi guys
I am planning to build a gaming rig which can run moba/mmo games on max setting(LOL,wow,etc)
My budget is around 700 us dollars.
Since i am from india the only onlining shopping site we have is flipkart.
Can you also suggest a good monitor as well.
Would love to see some suggestions

I know that there's a possibility to not find anything exactly like I chose but I made this wishlist to give you an idea. An i5 with 8GB RAM and a GTX 950 will be perfect for 1080p gaming on High/Ultra settings in games like LOL, WOW and not only. I also added an 120GB SSD for OS and a game or two and a 1TB HDD for storage or bigger games.

can u suggest me something in AMD since its more popular in my country and i also pref it personally.

Why will you pick that motherboard ? Is enough with a MSI H81M-E33 ?
