budget 4k pc build component for photo editing

First build. Got monitor in sale so it turned out to be mistake. I play Dota 2 and it's for other stuffs like surfing, youtube and little photo editing.. Can anyone suggest me budget friendly spec improvement for this build. I would incline more to photo editing build then gaming.

An SSD for your app's to load up faster would be a good first purchase. A 240GB SSD will be filled up fast, if you work with multiple photos at large res' at a time while on Adobe's Photoshop then you'll be best served with a large program/boot drive for need of scratch disk space. Double up your storage space as I'm assuming photo editing puts a meal on your table or some change in your pocket so protect your investments ;) If possible go for a RAID 1 setup with 2x2TB SATA drives provided your motherboard supports having a total of 4~6 SATA connections to the chipset. Speaking of which what is your motherboard?

A workstation GPU could be a good idea if you're a workaholic but they will cost an arm and a leg. So might just settle for...
