I got this PC new and built up by computer technicians, and its making an annoying rattling sound coming from the front's left hand side. The noise starts after a few minutes on, and rarely disappears. Leaning the tower case to one side or another changes its noise but still continues to do so. What should I do to fix it?

You could ask the technicians to check what's loose and fix it. You could also remove the side panel and try to locate the source of the issue yourself; if it doesn't rattle when the side panel is removed, then it may be a bit loose. It could also be a filter that isn't tight enough (I had that issue with a case).
