Looking for a CPU and MOBO upgrade

I just bought a r9 380 strix and a new 600 W psu and i want to upgrade my MOBO and the processor . I don't know what to buy a I5 6500 , i5 6600k or an i5 4690 ? Please tell me what is the best for performance and gaming and please tell me a MOBO to pair with any of this processor's that you think is the best for 2- 3 years .

I5 6600K with a Z170 motherboard and DDR4 ram is best of those. With the same GPU though all of those will have similar gaming performance.
