I keep getting the BSOD usually when i get into a game of League of Legends or when a game finishes and sometimes when tabbing out of the game.

The problem info i get is:

update windows 7 rtm build 7600 to windows 7 sp1 build 7601
current versions of graphics drivers just hit bugs and cause windows bugcheck on the windows 7 RTM build.

you can reduce the number of bugchecks by not using any screen savers and preventing the the desktop background from changing. But it is best to update to windows 7 sp1+updates
