Non-Paged Pool Increases over time? Adobe Flash the Problem?

So, a while back, I noticed that over time my memory usage always ended up at about 90% and my Non-Paged Pool was often at ridiculously high numbers (+3 or 4 GB) . I searched and searched but could never find any help other than "its chrome". So I just ignored it being the stubborn guy that I am. What I decided to do was do a fresh install of windows just in case it was a problem with some drivers or something. I reinstalled all of my stuff (including chrome) and I still had my problem.

Here I am now. I decided to go back to the "its chrome" and I installed Firefox. To my surprise, my Non-Paged Pool didn't increase. HOWEVER I couldn't watch live-streams on this site called twitch.tv. And I was wondering why I couldn't. I then found out that it was because I guess Firefox doesn't have Adobe Flash with it (I figured this because after I downloaded flash, I could finally watch twitch streams).

This is where the problem comes in. After I installed Flash and started watching streams I noticed my Non-Paged Pool was increasing once again (when i first start my PC it levels at about 100MB and at the moment is at 500MB and increases when using something that uses flash). I know this because whenever Flash is open on task manager the NPP goes up and when I end the task, it stops going up.

How can I get around this problem? If you need any more info, I will try my best at getting back the correct stuff. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I just went to download a game on steam and the NPP just shot up 100MB not sure if that means anything though. I stopped the download and the NPP stopped going up. Sorry if NPP means nothing, I don't really know what any of this means.

Yes, adding a new program can jump the size quite a bit, as can a game, here's an article that might help understanding the page/non-page pools, rather than me rambling on
