Looking for new Graphics card for Cyberpower AMD FX Series

His pc has an AMD Radeon R7 250 and he wants to upgrade. Need to find a card that won't break the bank. Is this something that I can just plug and play?
I am not afraid to do this myself as I have built before but gaming pcs are new to me and the fan attached to the card is a little scary!

What is your budget? The process on installing or replacing your or his GPU is very straight forward and easy. You just uninstall all your GPU drivers then you shut off your computer and replace the cards, then turn on your computer and download new drivers and BOOM you are done. And you dont need to do anything about the fan :)

Sounds great. I think I have sticker shock. I looked at cards and they seem to run in the 100's or higher! I paid $700 for the pc. I was hoping to upgrade for less than $100 but that doesn't seem feasible. I am looking to get a decent upgrade without breaking the bank. Thoughts? How do I recognize the drivers for his card?

You wont get a upgrade with the 100 dollar range since your card is pretty much in the 100 dollar range. You'll have to probably drop another 100 dollars to get you a decent upgrade.

And you can find the drivers easily from the AMD or the Nvidia website and you go to the drivers thing and you there you pretty much put his graphics cards name in there and it will find you the driver. Or you can look at the drivers supported products and if your card is in there you can download it.

I can't see to locate that . I have the Cyberpower AMD fx series pc, Model GUA2200B. I looked at the specs and I can't seem to locate the PSU information.

It has a 350w power supply so depending on what are you getting, you will most likely need to upgrade your power supply
