I want to use the Gigabyte GA-H170N Wifi mobo in a Cooler Master Elite 110, but that mobo only has one case fan header. Will that be a problem? I am going to start off without the GPU and the CPU cooler and run the stock case fan until I get more money. Here is my parts list:

Solution
I like your build.

To answer your question, yes, a single 120mm intake fan is plenty, even with the discrete graphics card added later.

i3-6100 is 14nm construction and runs cool. The supplied stock cooler is all you need.
Certainly ditch the liquid cooler which the cpu does not need at all.
If you will overclock(BCLK overclocking is coming) then you might use something like a cryorig H7 cooler with a 120mm fan. It will be quieter.

You will get a better idea of what graphics you need for your games.

One recommendation I must make is to use a ssd to start with. It makes everything you do so much faster. A Samsung evo 240gb will be about $100. Omit the hard drive initially. 240gb will hold the os and a fair number of games. You...
