Hi guys.I was wondering if I could get a little help with this.
I am planning a budget gaming pc with the following specs;

Motherboard -ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Processor -AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5 GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W FD6300WMHKBOX Desktop Processor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286

Ram -G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Case -Xigmatek CCM-35ABX-U01 (Recon) Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Gpu -ASUS GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

PSU -Extreme Power Plus 500W rs-500-pcar-a3 PRODUCT

Can u guys pls recommend a decent priced liquid cooling system that can fit into the case perfectly and deliver top performances.

Solution
Short answer: No.

Long answer:
A simple tower type cooler like a cryorig H7 will be just as effective, run quieter and cost less.

Much longer answer:
With Skylake now available, there is absolutely no question in my mind that a new build should be Skylake.
a. Prices for cpu, z170 motherboard and ddr4 ram are almost precisely the same.
b. i3-6100 has an estimated 5-10% performance improvement per clock over haswell.
c. 14nm runs cooler, you get a decent overclock without the need for exotic cooling.
d. The Z170 chipset permits the use of much faster ssd devices on the horizon. Samsung 950 pro for example:

e. skylake can be upgraded in the future to kaby lake.

A budget build should allow for future upgrades.
The FX processors have slow cores, and an upgrade to a FX-8350 just adds more slow cores that a game can't use.
Moreover it is not recommended to use a FX8 with that motherboard:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2384030/motherboard-tier-list-am3-chipsets.html

I suggest a i3-6100, z170 based motherboard, and 2133 speed ddr4 ram.
You have an upgrade path to i5/i7 and Kaby lake.

Do u think a CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CW-9060007-WW) High Performance Water / Liquid CPU Cooler. 120mm(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=35-181-030) would fit this build and case

^He is right.

Get the MSI 970 Gaming / Gigabyte 970A UD3P instead.

PSU- Just look for a XFX/Seasonic PSU. They will be fine.

Cooler-Go with that Cryorig H7, as recommend by Geofelt. I have that on my Fx6300 @ 4.3, cool and silent.
