First time building a pc 14 year old

You could make a few improvements to it. If you used a Z170 motherboard like the one below, you would have the option to overclock. Switching to a kit of RAM rather than a single stick will give you better performance, allowing you to run dual channel. The SSD you have isn't great, the Samsung 850 EVO is faster and more reliable. Lastly, the power supply is poor quality. The Antec below is good quality and has plenty of watts to run your system.
