Need help building a computer, heres my preferences/info below

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this week (the closer the better)

Budget Range: 1100-1600 Before Rebates ; Before Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: streaming, gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: (e.g.: CPU, mobo, RAM) **Include Power Supply Make & Model If Re-using**

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: looking to customize from cyberpowerpc/ibuypower....will go newegg too if i find its far cheaper there for the specific build

Location: Boston, MA, US

Parts Preferences: Not sure but looking to build off either the geforce 960 or 970

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No/Not sure

Your Monitor Resolution: (1920x1080)

Additional Comments: im not sure whether a 200ish$ graphics card or a 300$ish graphics card would lead to a build price within my budget so any help on that is great

Why I am Upgrading: computer is old and currently cant play csgo with high enough fps...looking particularly to be able to stream csgo and other games easily with high fps

Solution
Here you go, all sourced from Newegg. I used 6.25% as the tax rate, hope that`s correct. It will plow through anything at 1920X1080 with really good fps.

Op was asking for max 1600 before rebates and shipping, with GTX 960 or 970.
Also CX series PSU are not meant for overclocking gaming or other system that will experience more than office load.

Solution

True, I stand corrected about the video card, I gave him a much higher one. By the same token, I don`t think he needs a k-processor, he will not be overclocking. For the PSU, I didn`t mean to pick a CX series, I was having problems with PCPartPicker this morning, it was supposed to be an RM750i.

I chose the k-series, since it has a 10% higher stock clock than the non-k. Whether he wants to overclock it or not - coupled with an aircooler and a z70 mobo, he can overclock if he wants later on - or leave it as it is, still enjoy better performance and the air cooler still serve as noise-reduction + better cooling.

you´re right, ofcourse it depends on CL rate as well, and if the user actually configures the ram properly. as all intels CPU only are marked for 2133 mhz really (not that you cant enjoy and benefit from higher)
