i am building a pc that will cost me no more than 550$ because i will be selling it in late 2017 , i am buying from this site http://www.pcandparts.com/ the following:
one of these two mb :
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5249#ov
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H81MC/
cpu :Haswell 3.10 GHz - i5-4440
Haswell 3.20 GHz - i5-4460
one of these two also
and this beast :
https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/STRIX-GTX950-DC2OC-2GD5-GAMING/
rams: i dont care any 8gb for no more than 50$
psu: i have a chinese one idk if the watt will be enough its name is hi-tech model: p4-600w i will check it later
a normal lg dvd-rw that i already i own
and a shitty second made or idk what they call it desktop case it is called infopower
and i am currently using this hdd http://www.wdc.com/global/products/specs/?driveID=896&language=1 i will format it
i have 2 questions : what can i expect of this build on those two resolutions 1440*900 and 1920 x 1080
and will this system bottleneck or have any issues like heating or something and i saw that the gpu connection plate is too big will it fit most of the cases ? my case is probably mid tower i havent bought it yet but its like 40 cm but it has like 5 drives bays so i bet its mid tower case

The psu i have doesnt have any indications to know how much watt it does produce
It only says hi-tech model p4-600w and a chart about input and output voltage and current and freq

I already told you 450w minimum, but tier 1 or tier 2. Not sure if those boards have necessary bios update, for the 4460, so go with the 4440. The performance differences are minor, and would not be noticeable, in real world usage. Motherboard wise, I would pick the Asus, over that gigabyte.
