I think my brand-new msi 970 gtx is faulty. Reason being, when I try power my system up (using 750w EVGA psu) it is on for half a second and then fails. I tried a smaller GPU in a different PCI slot and I can boot and was able to install windows with no issue. I have not tried the 970 in the other PCI slot because the case restricts where I can place the GPU (m-atx). Any ideas before I RMA said GPU?
