Hi my computer is the optiplex 360 dell pc. specs:
intel core 2 duo e7600
intel g33/g31 express chipset
3 gb of memory
windows 7 32 bit

Im looking to play some games on low quality. Right now I want to play a game called rift. What can I do to upgrade this pc because I dont have much money. I was thinking getting a video card but im not sure which model for this pc and I cant find a pci express slot for one...

The PSU's, in those systems, are not powerful enough to handle a decent graphics card. This psu is a bit more than you really need, right now. Price wise, though, it is worth it. Also, you could always use it in another system, later.
