Which Build should I choose?

I am unsure on which build to go, I currently already have the RAM which is DDR3 which is why I chose a DDR3 skylake board.

Build 1:
i5 4460
ASUS Z97-P
8GB G skill DDR3 1600 MHz
GTX 960 4GB
EVGA 600B
WD Blue 1TB

Build 2:
i5 6400
ASUS Z170-P D3
8GB G skill DDR3 1600 MHz
GTX 960 4GB
EVGA 600B
WD Blue 1TB

Both use Z boards which are a waste if you don't want to overclock.

I would personally go with Skylake but simply because it's newer tech and DDR4. If you want to stay DDR3, just pick up i5-4460.

That power supply is not good as well.

I realised that the PSU is kind of shitty so I am currently looking at 2 PSUs

Seasonic M12II EVO 520W Modular Power Supply £57

Antec HGC 520M-GB 520W PSU £55

not sure which one to buy. One issue with the antec one is that if the fan is facing down, the sticker on the side of the psu will be upside down which will kill my OCD lol
