I made my own pc that would startup in the beginning with no problem, running on Windows 8.1 64-bit. After about 3 weeks I decided to upgrade my cpu cooler from the stock amd cpu cooler to a Hypo 212 evo, but afterwards, my pc won't connect to my monitor. It just displays no signal ( I tried hdmi and vga cables) but the parts in the computer were perfect before. Now I noticed that the gpu runs for like 30 seconds when I start up my pc, then the fans start to slow down until they completely stop. This didn't happen before. I tried to take it out and then reinstall it inside, but I got no progress. Can someone help me please, THANK YOU!!! :)

So what you are saying is that the psu isn't as adequate as it should be for a system like mine, and the gpu stops due to the loss for power from the psu that was taken to the upgraded heatsink. So logainofhades, it is not the gpu or motherboard right, because they were working fine before, it is the psu? Honestly I REALLY ACTUALLY HOPE that it IS the psu, because I can swap that for not so much money, compared to buying a new gpu or motherboard.
