Nvidia 960 drivers not working

I just got the msi 960 oc edition 2gb edition graphics card. I installed the drivers for the card but when I restarted the system it black screened them I tried to go in with saftey mode to uninstall the driver then restarted and reinstalled the driver and it black screens again. Please help

Also I had this problem with my old you but I just let it sit for a while and it went away

Yes,I tried this and the card worked in the other device. Also my mouse and keyboard stopped working. But before I installed my new gpu it said universal serial bus drivers (usb) drivers were missing, but everything was working fine so I ignored it

Well I may have to do that but my mother board is 2 years old and I can't return it. Also everything worked fine before the new gpu istallation so if anyone had anyother ideas that would be great
