GA-Z77-HD3 motherboard by Gigabyte, i5-3570k, 750w power supply, 32gb of ram, 1tb harddrive 7200rpm x2, 3 120mm fans and liquid cooling, full tower case.

Anything I need to upgrade?

Planning to have a 1 monitor 4K setup.

Solution
I would recommend an SSD as your boot drive. Prices are great. 250gb makes for a pretty decent sized boot drive which is where I am at.
Only better processor would be the i7-3770k, really only adds hyperthreading though.
The 980ti has a minimum system requirement of 600w so depending on anything else you should be ok with that 750w. Though I prefer to have a little more headroom.

The Z77 is getting a little dated, prices are good on the Z97, but that would require a new cpu as well. Z170 would be cpu and ram though and prices get steep in a hurry.

Wow fastest I've ever gotten a reply, as well as the solution. Thanks a lot! Is the cooling good is the only question I really have left.

Cooling for the GPU I assume?
I have a Gigabyte 980 G1 which has the triple fan cooler. The majority of the 980ti's look to have similar 3 fan and 2 fan coolers. I'm not a fan of the stock 1 fan coolers anymore, they have been louder and less effective in my opinion. And they don't look as good.

Another thing to think about is the next generation of Nvidia hardware, Pascal.
I've been looking for more information and can't find any, but it's supposed to be out this year, summer time I'd guess.
It might just pay to wait, the improvements could be dramatic.

Ah, I'll just wait and see what Pascal has to offer. Thank you very much!
