Cryorig H7 cooler help?

My H7 gets me 40-60C idle mostly around 50-60 , and when playing BO3 or league I get 60-80C is this normal?I just got it today and the installation was a pain for me

It's tough to answer your question if you don't tell us what CPU you have and how you checked the temperature.

What does bios temps read?

Have you tried verifying with another program such as Hwinfo64?

They are good at low load; what are they at full load (Prime95 Small FFTs)? They should be at least 10°C.
